Fine Sunny & Very Hot 110F - 43C for today!!!
As I said in a previous post we had a wonderful time in Vegas! It surely is the City that does not sleep. I am going to let the pictures tell the story for you all. This place really has to be seen to be believed. We have walked the Las Vegas Boulevard - known as "The Strip". Rode the lift to the top of the Eiffel Tower at Paris and seen 3 live shows! What a time we have had. Enjoyed every minute of it. Think we will be sleeping on the bus to catch up.

Bryce Canyon NP - Zion NP to Las Vegas

Fine & Sunny 110F - 43C - forecast for Las Vegas
Wake up call at 6am bags 6.45am breakfast in our room and on the bus for a 7.30am departure. We are in the second back row today! Lucky it is a short day on the bus. Traveled to Zion NP and WOW! What an amazing sight this place is. Drove through the park to Zion Lodge, through a series of tunnels with 5 arches to see the view only for seconds each, Peter did get a snap of the 5th one. It must be in the high 80'sF here and we did a walk for about 40mins return, not much water in the falls, so end view disappointing but scenery along the way was worth it.

Crossed into Narvada so we just gained an hour. We had a 1 hour Lunch stop was in St George now 96F about an hour from Zion. We then traveled onto Las Vegas had views of Vegas from 3pm, Deb has moved to the front Photo Seat, nice to see the views as we approached. We had passengers to drop at the Tropicana and it is now 110F - 43C.

We then arrived at Circus Circus our Hotel for the next couple of nights at 3.45pm. Guide showed us around the Hotel and the way to the lifts. Room 23227 which is 23rd Floor 227. Got our bags and headed down to the Ticket Tonight box office. Cirque Du Soleil, The Beatles "LOVE" was not playing tonight and they had sold out of Celine Dion tickets. So we headed out onto the Bus and down to Caesars Palace and got great tickets to see Celine Dion, 1st Mezzanine right in the middle. We then had a look around outside and back inside Caesars Palace for dinner at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill for a lovely dinner. The show was just fantastic. She has such an amazing voice and the lighting and special effects just fantastic!

After the show we walked around the strip for a while watched the Bellagio Fountains looked through The Venetian - looks just like Venice even a blue sky ceiling. Walked the Main Canal with Gondola's along it as well. Made our way back to our hotel on the Bus. Back to our room around midnight.
